Of course I do my best with every item, but I'm learning and experimenting as well - so if you bought something at a market or on the webshop, that breaks you can -always- text me with a picture of the product, and I'll repair it for free - I'll pay the shipping back and forth!

I send orders as soon as possible, and national orders are never more than a week away, often only between 3-5 days - internationally it can be up to 14 days underway though. If you want to save the shipping order over 400 DKK or come to a market in either spring or autumn and get a free hug with your order! My calendar is at the bottom of the page

I thought I'd be alone, but truth is - a supporter made my logo, a supporter modelled for me, a supporter took me to markets for the first time - and I spar every week with supporters about new ideas and products. Cassiopeia has become a living co-creation!
